CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Taylor's Chair! To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our salon policies below. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined. Booking Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Late Policy Punctuality is important to keep our schedule running smoothly. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee of $20 or require rescheduling at the stylist's discretion. If rescheduling due to tardiness, your deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of Service Cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and may not be able to book future appointments. Refund Policy All deposits, service payments, and products are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify me at the time of the appointment within so I can address your concerns. Any issues after leaving the appointment may require a new appointment w/ deposit and additional fees. Other Terms Clients are encouraged to communicate any special needs or changes to their appointment as early as possible. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in refusal of future bookings.
